There are numerous types of tea in the stores and some have been infused with other herbs or leaves. You can also add fresh mint, lemon and ginger to your tea to make a tasty flavored detoxifier. This really helps to stress at home or workplace.

Eat Foods Rich in Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

Often times, people think that only those who are suffering from obesity or other forms of diseases and ailments need to diet or eat healthy. Many studies show that water eases stress. This is true even for me. When I am stressed or tired, I drink lots of water and I feel much better. When you have a headache, it is recommended that you drink lots of water. Even when someone is suffering from a viral flu, the doctors recommend drinking lot of clear fluids especially water! Have Quality sleep

When you are exhausted from a hectic day or any situation that put you under stress, your body needs rest! Good sleep is as important as eating healthy foods. This is essential for the proper functioning of the brain and body. Sleeping pills are usually not advised as the first resort except the doctors confirm that your blood pressure is very high and decide to prescribe it. Quality sleep can relieve stress and help you feel stronger when you wake up. The body needs rest after a tired day to ease stress and fatigue.
