What you combine among these fruits is absolutely up to you. The quantity of each is also at your discretion.
Sometimes strawberries can be sour so I add more blueberries and black berries to sweeten. Smoothies should be consumed fresh, almost immediately they are made so they do not change taste. It is very easy to make by simply adding some quantity of the berries and almond milk in a blender and blend smooth!
A simple recipe to try
1/2 cup of almond milk
5 pieces of whole strawberries
5 pieces of blackberries
5 pieces of raspberries
A handful of blueberries
1 tablespoon of flaxseed or 1 table spoon of chia seeds soaked in 3 table spoons of water for a few minutes
If you want it sweet, you can add a table spoon of yacon syrup which is a healthy natural sweetener extracted from the root of yacon plant.
1/2 cup of some ice cubes for a cool refreshing healthy treat.

This super fruit is also rich in fiber. Including avocado in your daily meals is a great decision because it also has detoxifying properties that help to cleanse the liver. Avocados can be enjoyed in a smoothie form.
For a simple avocado smoothie, you can use 1 whole avocado, 1/2 cup of almond milk or coconut milk (bear in mind that coconut milk is high in saturated fat and has more calories), 1 table spoon of flaxseeds, 1 table spoon of yacon syrup and 1/2 cup of ice. And you have a delicious low carb healthy smoothie!
Green vegetables are always great option for super nutritious smoothies. Most vegetables are eaten steamed or raw as salads. They also make a great smoothie. Many smoothie recipes have banana to sweeten but if you are strictly on a low diet or watching your carb intake, you can choose not to add them. However, adding a small quantity like half of a whole won’t hurt if you take it occasionally. I usually use green apple and a few green grapes to sweeten. Bear in mind that green grapes have 5% carbs per 100g. So you can choose not to add or you can add a few.
For my green smoothie I usually use
1/2 cup of chopped celery leaves
1/2 cup of parsley
1/2 of a large sized cucumber
1/2 green apple
8 pieces of grapes
1 cup of water.
With this, I blend smooth and savour its goodness. You can add more of anything you want to suit you so long as you watch out for the carbs or sugar content. This is like my everyday vegetable and detox drink. There are so many vegetable smoothies you can try. Green leafy vegetables, cruciferous vegetables like brocolli and cabbage as well as fruits like apples and citrus have detoxifying properties. You can choose to add or take a way something to get your own unique and nutritious taste.
