My Passion for Health and Wellness
I have always been passionate about helping people. I chose to work in the health and wellness field when I saw the pain my aunt suffered due to arthritis. I started researching how to naturally prevent and manage arthritis. In the course of my research, I learned that so many illnesses especially age-related diseases like arthritis and heart disease can be prevented with the right nutrition and lifestyle choices. I decided to enroll in Health Coach Certification Course with Dr Sears Wellness Institute to gain trusted science-based information and guide many people on how simple health related changes can improve the quality of their lives. I became a certified health coach and I am passionate about guiding people with the trusted information and support on how they can age in good health and happiness
Your lifestyle choices today will determine how healthy you will be in the future. Nutrition is key to healthy living and exercise highly complements it. They work together to help you age strong and active. Obesity, overweight and type 2 diabetes are great risk factors for heart disease and eating the wrong foods can lead to unhealthy aging.
I hope to help others learn that rather than a restrictive diet, eating the right foods and combining with exercise, positive attitude and great lifestyle choices can increase not just their lifespan but health span.
