It is recommended to soak the oats for about 5 minutes in any liquid you choose to soften it.

Whole grains are healthier than refined grains because they have high fiber content and antioxidants which are found in the bran that is being removed during the production of refined grains. There is original and decaffeinated coffee. I prefer decaffeinated coffee because I am not good with Caffeine.

This is a simple, light breakfast that is low carb, nutritious and very filling. You can choose a normal yogurt or greek yogurt. Add some chopped strawberries and a table spoon of chia seeds. Chia seeds are in the class of power foods because they are rich in many essential nutrients including fiber and omega-3 fats despite being low in calories. This can serve as a snack or breakfast meal. What ever you choose to consume this, you are right on track for your daily nutrient needs or weight loss diet.

Almond bread is a fantastic low carb breakfast that I enjoy taking with vegetables and green tea. This is a superfood because it is loaded with nutrients. I recommend baking your bread the previous day, to save time in the mornings. I rarely see almond bread on the shelf so I bake one at home myself. All you need to do is blend almond nuts to make your flour. I add ground flax seed and sprinkle chia seeds to make it super nutritious. You can also make scrambled eggs or simple salad by chopping lettuce, cabbage, grated carrots and cherry tomatoes or buy the chopped vegetables from the store and just combine for ease. Choose a healthy low carb cream of your choice. 21/4 cups of Almond flour
1/4 cup of ground flaxseed
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of fine texture sea salt

Scrambled Eggs with Green Onions and Prosciutto
This is another healthy yummy breakfast that is low in carbs. This food is also very easy to make. You simply chop green onions, make scrambled egg and chop prosciutto. Combine these 3 together and you have a healthy breakfast. Prosciutto is a dry-cured ham that is usually thinly sliced. Prosciutto cotto is cooked while Prosciutto crudo is raw but still safe to eat because it has been cured. Green onion is a vegetable that is loaded with antioxidants and cancer fighting properties. It also helps to control blood sugar and antibacterial properties.
Oat Meal or Oat Muffins
Oat meal or porridge is also a super nutritious low carb breakfast that is very easy to make. Simply boil the oats in water for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how cooked you want it.
