The only downside of this is that it can take up to an hour to cook. I use veal which is tender meat for less cooking time. I cut the meat into pieces that can thread into skewers. Then I marinade with salt, onions powder, pepper and seasoning. I place in a bowl and cover with foil for about 30 minute or more to allow the meat absolve the condiments or flavor. Then I place on a grill pan and place in the oven. It takes from 30 minutes to 1 hour cook.
